Movement
Structured exercise before and during treatment to preserve muscle mass, maintain functional capacity, and support treatment tolerance.
Cancer prehabilitation
Chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery place real demands on the body. Cancer prehabilitation builds the strength, nutrition, and resilience that can help you tolerate treatment and protect quality of life.

Treatment starts on day one.
Cancer prehabilitation supports the whole person before and through treatment. Instead of waiting for strength and function to decline, the program builds reserve early and adapts as treatment progresses.
What cancer prehab includes
Your program evolves with your treatment timeline and how you are feeling from week to week.
Structured exercise before and during treatment to preserve muscle mass, maintain functional capacity, and support treatment tolerance.
More than 40% of cancer patients are affected by malnutrition in pooled international research. We offer nutritional optimization tailored to your treatment plan, symptoms, and protein needs. Source ↗
Psychological support and breathing techniques to help manage the stress, uncertainty, anxiety, and fatigue treatment can bring.
Inside the program
Your diagnosis, treatment stage, symptoms, medical history, and oncology-team guidance shape the plan. The goal is to build or protect physical reserve without treating every week as if it feels the same.
A physiotherapy-led home assessment reviews activity, mobility, pain, fall history, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Walking or stepping capacity, sit-to-stand, and grip strength provide practical measures to revisit over time.
Alternating upper-body/core and lower-body/functional sessions use resistance bands and body weight. Intensity and exercise selection adapt to fatigue, symptoms, treatment timing, and clinical guidance.
Supervised aerobic work and realistic walking goals help support functional capacity. Progress is based on your starting point and response—not on a generic fitness plan.
A dietitian reviews usual intake, appetite, weight goals, allergies, medications, kidney health, and treatment-related barriers. Food and supplementation recommendations are individualized rather than automatically prescribed.
Motivational support, relaxation, and breathing skills are paired with repeat check-ins. Changes in symptoms, function, or wellbeing trigger review and, when appropriate, coordination with your clinical team.
A flexible weekly plan
Cancer prehabilitation complements your oncology care; it does not replace it. Recommendations may change as treatment, symptoms, laboratory results, or medical guidance change.
